Pelicans are a part of the heritage at Billy Reid. They’re the state bird of Billy’s hometown of Amite, Louisiana, and appear everywhere from prints to liners in our clothes. For this maxi shirt dress, they’ve expanded it to feature the signature motif. It looks great buttoned up as a dress or worn open like a duster. The heavy linen fabric is extra soft but is perfect for warmer weather.
